By creating an account or using RoomDesigner.pro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Our Service
RoomDesigner.pro is an AI-powered interior design platform. You upload images of your space and our AI redesigns elements such as walls, furniture, flooring, and lighting to produce high-quality rendered visuals.
Your Account
You must be 18 or older to register. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
AI-Generated Content
Renders are generated by AI and are intended as design inspiration, not precise architectural drawings. Results may vary. You retain ownership of images you upload. We will never use your uploads to train public AI models without your explicit consent.
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically. You authorise us to charge your saved payment method on each renewal date. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price changes.
Refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription purchase, provided you have used fewer than 5 renders. After this period, subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing cycle. Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 14 days of purchase.
Credits purchased as one-time top-ups are non-refundable once added to your account.
To request a refund, email billing@roomdesigner.pro with your account email and order reference.
Credits & Auto-Recharge
Credits are used to generate renders beyond your plan's allowance. They have no cash value, do not expire while your account is active, and are forfeited upon account deletion. If you enable Auto-Recharge, you authorise us to automatically top up your balance using your saved payment method when it falls below your chosen threshold.
Invoices
A receipt is emailed to you after every successful payment. Invoices are also available to download from your billing dashboard at any time. Enterprise clients requiring custom invoice formats should contact enterprise@roomdesigner.pro.
Intellectual Property
Personal and Pro plan renders are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Enterprise subscribers receive a full commercial licence for all renders generated during their active subscription. All platform software and AI models remain the exclusive property of RoomDesigner.pro.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform to generate unlawful content, upload images of individuals without their consent, attempt to reverse-engineer our AI, create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, or resell access or outputs under Personal or Pro plans.
Disclaimers & Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to RoomDesigner.pro in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD — whichever is greater.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Upon termination, stored data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
